My boss is happy with my performance, my co-workers are nice, the pay is pretty good - but I'm not happy.

Before I took this job, I sold advertising at a newspaper for almost ten years. Although the town I lived in at the time was Armpit, USA, I remember I was happy to go to work everyday. When I finally made the decision to move on to a larger city, I took this new job because I wanted to get into the IT industry. It seemed a logical choice. Now I dread going to work everyday. Working for others is not something I want to do for the rest of my life.

What type of career would be fulfilling for me? How can I make a difference? These are questions I need to find the answers to. Now is the time for me to make a decision.
